American Jewelry will exchange or return a purchased item for up to 30 days after the initial purchase date. To exchange or return an item, the original item must be present in it's original, UNALTERED & UNWORN condition, accompanied with the purchase receipt.
*All '40% off sale items', 'custom items', and 'special promotional items' are final sale
and non-refundable*
The following items cannot be exchanged/returned - Any item that has been:
• Custom Made • Special ordered • Worn • Altered
(Ring sizing, stone setting, anything assembled, etc...)
If an item was discounted, that discount does not automatically carry forward to the newly
exchanged item. New sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.
To eligible items and purchases, American Jewelry will extend a 115% store credit in lieu of the returned
payment (if applicable). Excludes all items listed above and Rolex. See store for details - offer
available one time per customer and this transaction will be final sale.
Lab Grown Trade-In Policy: American Jewelry will give 100% purchase price/trade-in credit for an earth-mined diamond of same size and quality (mounting not included) - See store for more details.
